These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pura Pet website located at shoppurapet.com, including any purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “Pura Pet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [Pura Pet], operating as Pura Pet. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor or customer.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the website if you do not agree.

1. Eligibility

Product images may include props or items that are not included. The product description and “what is included” section control what is included with your purchase.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout.

Applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, and other charges will be displayed or described before checkout where required.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or product-information errors. When an error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the affected order.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Ontario does not generally require stores to accept ordinary returns merely because a customer changes their mind, so your published policy matters; however, mandatory consumer rights may still apply in certain circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Pura Pet products are not substitutes for veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your use of some third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites that are not controlled by us.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, branding, logos, graphics, product photographs, layouts, and original written material, are owned by or licensed to Pura Pet and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

11. Reviews and user submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

You created it or have permission to submit it
It does not violate another person’s rights
It is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading

You grant Pura Pet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, edit, and use the submitted content in connection with the store and its marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission.

12. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without preventing consumers from relying on mandatory protections available in their place of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts with lawful jurisdiction over the matter.
